Why now
Where an agent’s browser runs is now an open question.
- “We gave our Claude skills a real browser” Keeping logins alive was listed as unsolved, and commenters called it a real infra problem.
- “Where does an agent’s browser live?” Counts the four shutdowns, and asks where an agent’s browser should run and who holds its logins.

Common questions.
What to ask before you connect any logins.
- Why not Browserbase, Anchor or Steel?
- They’re built for developers and bill by the browser-hour. Scalemagic gives each person on your team a browser every AI tool can share, at a flat $10 a month.
- Can the AI see my passwords?
- No. Passwords are encrypted, and the model just drives a logged-in browser. It never sees what you typed to log in.
- Can I see what each agent did?
- Yes. You choose which agent can use which site, and every browser keeps session recordings and an audit log of what each agent did.
- Will sites block logins from the cloud?
- Some do, because they flag logins from cloud IPs. Stable IPs are on our list, and during the pilot we check your sites with you before you start.
- Can my whole team share one login?
- Each person gets their own browser. Some tools don’t allow one seat to be shared between people, and we’ll tell you which.
- What happens when a site logs me out?
- You log back in through the live view, once, and every agent using that browser picks the session up again.
- Is it for developer teams too?
- Yes. Small developer teams and agent startups can use the REST API for logged-in browsers instead of building and running their own browser setup.
- Do I need to write code?
- No. Connect it to ChatGPT, Claude or Cursor through MCP. The REST API is there if you’re building your own agents.
